Preliminary technical design of the project „Liepų parkas“ was confirmed in October 2019.
„Liepų parkas“ – is under development the new trade and business park project in northern part of Klaipėda. "Liepų parkas" is owned by Baltic Equity Group The next steps are to prepare technical project and to look for tenants for commercial premises.
