Second shopping centre has been acquired

BNTP has acquired another shopping centre located in the heart of Klaipeda city. Grandus is among the largest shopping centres in the city with a total leaseable area of over 12,000m2.
Premises in Grandus are leased to Norfa, Baldu Rojus, Thomas Philips and BMS amongst others. Adjoining land provides the option for future retail/commercial development.
