Detailed planning is underway for 20-storey office tower

In the city centre of Klaipeda, BNTP, presents Grandus Business Centre. The Architects commission approved the concept design on the 17th June 2007
The 20 storey office development at over 10,000m2 is currently in its design and marketing stage. The architecturally striking building with glass facades will be situated on Taikos prospektas in Klaipeda city. A multi storey car park will compliment the Business Centre.
