Acquisition of Valdeka Shopping Centre complete

BNTP' first acquisition in Latvia has been concluded. Valdeka shopping centre is located in Jelgava, 42km outside Riga.
The total leaseable area is over 12,500m2 with anchor tenants Maxima, Nelss and Cili Pica. Options are currently being researched to more than double the current lease-able area the shopping centre to over 20,000m2.
