In April 2016 UAB Baltic Equity Group has completed the acquisition of a commercial property “Savanorių 18” in Vilnius. “Savanorių 18” is a modern office building, built in 2011. The property consists of 4000 sq. m. of office space over 10 floors, plus 2 floors of underground parking.
The property is in a strategic location: rapidly growing area on main Savanorių Avenue, 3 km from Vilnius old-town.
